William E. Hinshaw [William E. Dichey1, Dickie Hinshaw2].

Born about 1913, Oregon.2  

William was shown in the 1920 census as William E. Dichey, step-son of Joseph C. Hinshaw.1  However in the 1930 census he was shown as Dickie Hinshaw, son of Joseph C. Hinshaw,2 so apparently he was adopted by Joseph C. Hinshaw and took the Hinshaw name.3
