Born about 1913, Oregon.1
Roy was shown in the 1920 census as Roy E. Dichey, step-son of Joseph C. Hinshaw.2 However in the 1930 census he was shown as Eldon Hinshaw, son of Joseph C. Hinshaw,1 so apparently he was adopted by Joseph C. Hinshaw and took the Hinshaw name.3
