He married Ann Griffith, 9-19-1718, Grange MM, near Charlemont, County Tyrone, Ireland.1,2,3  Ann, daughter of John Griffith & Esther Musgrove.3,4  

Jacob Marshill died 1729.5  

Ann, a widow, prepared her will 9 Mo. 30, 1729, and it was probated Feb 10, 1729/30.  In her will she mentions her sons John and William Marshall, her friends William Halliday and Benjamin Fred, and desires to be buried in the Friends' ground at New Garden MM.  Witnesses were John Griffith, Sismore Wright and William Read.  The names of her father, John Griffith, and her brother, Christopher Griffith, appear in the accounts of the estate.3  

Ann died 1730.3  In the accounts of Ann Marshall, deceased, of New Garden MM, "late of Ireland", are recorded these charges:3

"A Coffin £1; Sider at ye funerall 10s; ye Grave Diging, 3s. 6d.".
Ann had been ill for thirteen weeks but her estate had to pay "to ye Doctors" only 2s.3
