Cora graduated from Goldendale High School with the class of 1908.8,9  

Cora was a school teacher during the first decade of the 1900s.4,10  

She married William R. Richardson, Mar 19 1911, Goldendale, Klickitat County, Washington.5,10  William, son of Robert Richardson & Sarah L. Alley, was born Dec 19 1883, Horseshoe Bend, Klickitat County, Washington.5  

Child:

William Ronald Richardson, born Aug 5 1913, Klickitat County, Washington; died Oct 23 1996 (probably Seattle, King County, Washington). 2,11

William died Jun 8 1942, Coffey Memorial Hospital, Goldendale, Klickitat County, Washington; buried I.O.O.F. Cemetery.5  

William's obituary was published in "The Goldendale Sentinel" (Goldendale, Washington) on Thursday, June 11, 1942:5

LAST RITES FOR W.R. RICHARDSON TO BE THURSDAY

William R. Richardson, died Monday afternoon at a Coffey Memorial hospital following an extended illness.  Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. from the Phillips chapel in Goldendale.  

Mr. Richardson operated a farm in the Horseshoe Bend section and was a former Klickitat county commissioner.  He was born Dec. 19, 1883 in a homesteader’s cabin located on the Richardson ranch in Horseshoe Bend.  His parents, Robert Richardson and Sarah L. Alley were pioneers in the Klickitat Valley.  

He lived his entire life in Klickitat county.  Mr. Richardson was a member of the Goldendale Odd Fellows lodge and held a membership on the board of trustees of that order.  He was also affiliated with the Goldendale Grange.  

Survivors include the widow, Cora M., one son, Ronald; three brothers, G.S. (Seb), Allen, both of Goldendale, and Fred, of Klickitat; and two sisters, Mrs. Stella Divers, of Goldendale and Mrs. Ethel Montgomery,of North Bend, Oregon.  

Funeral rites will be conducted by the I.O.O.F. lodge with the Rev. C.J. Hall as minister.  Interment will be in the I.O.O.F.cemetery.

In 1982 Cora was still living in/near Goldendale, Klickitat County, Washington.10  

Cora M. Hinshaw died Mar 4 1985, buried I.O.O.F. Cemetery.2,7  

Cora's obituary was published in "The Goldendale Sentinel" (Goldendale, Washington) on March 7, 1985.7
