Born Nov 15 18933,9,10,13,14,15,16,17 [Nov 5 18948,18, Dec - 189412, about 18982], Clarksville, Red River County, Texas3,9,10,13,14,15,16,17.  

He married Minnie Lawler, Mar 2 1912, Clarksville, Red River County, Texas.19  Minnie, daughter of Valentine Lawler & Mary Emma Coggins19, was born Jan 15 189819 [Apr - 189520], Texas19.  Note that Fulsom's brother Andrew married Minnie's sister, Lela Lawler.  

Minnie died before 1920.21  There is a gravestone for a Minnie Henshaw in Woodmen Cemetery, DeKalb, Bowie County, Texas, with no dates or other markings.22  It is believed that this is probably the grave of Minnie Lawler.23  Minnie's father is buried in the same cemetery.24  

During World War I Fulsom served as a Private in the U.S. Army.10,16  On Jun 5 1917 Fulsom Minor Hinshaw, age 23, registered for the World War I draft in Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas.  He declared he was born Nov 5 1894 in Clarksville, Texas, and was then residing at 905 Buchanan, Texarkana, employed in farming; single, with no dependents.  He was recorded as medium height, medium build, gray eyes, black hair.8  

Fulsom was shown in the 1920 census (Jan 20 1920), living with his mother and sister in Bowie County, Texas:21

Living next door in 1920 was the family of brother Andrew.25  

He then married Dora Annie Moore1,11,26,27,28,29 [Annie Moore27,30, Delora Annie "Dora" Moore13,31,32], May 29 19201,11,26,27,28,29, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas1,11,26,27,28,29.  Dora, daughter of John David Moore & Annette Virginia 'Nettie' Gray1,26,29,33, was born Oct 25 18991,26,29,33 [Dec 25 189913,31, about 19022], Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas1,26,29,33.

Dora died Dec 2 1934, at a TB sanitarium, Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana; buried Wooten Springs Cemetery, Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas.1,5,30,31,34  Dora Annie died from tuberculosis.5

On Apr 27 1942 Fulsom M. Hinshaw, age 46, registered for the World War II draft in Louisiana.  He declared he was born Nov. 15 1894 in Clarksville, Texas, and was then residing in Saline, Bienville Parish, Louisiana, employed by H.E. Enloe of Saline.  He declared his relative/contact was Mrs. Paul Jones of Saline.  He was recorded as 5'9" tall, 135 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair, ruddy complexion.18  

In 1971 Fulsom was living in/near Galena Park, Harris County, Texas.14  

Fulsom Minor Hinshaw died Jul 24 1971, Southmore Hospital, Pasadena, Harris County, Texas; age 77.9,10,13,14,15,16,35
