Last will and testament of Aaron Hinshaw;

In the name of god amen. I Aaron Hinshaw of the County of Randolph being in a weak state of health But of a Sound & Perfect Mind & Memory (Blessed be god) Do this the twenty first Day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred & thirty five Make publish this my last will & testament Revoking all others in the following Manner. I Recommend My Soul to god who gave it & my body to be buried in a Christian like Manner after paying my last debts - I first Give to my wife Margery all my land during her life or widowhood & all my personal Estate Except Such as I hereafter Mention -   I give to my Son Milo one Corral house Saddle & Bridle   one feather bed & furniture   one Heifer   I give to my three Daughters namely Mary Malice & Merinda Each one feather Bed & furniture   Ten Dollars in Cash   One Cow & Saddle -   my will is further that my Executor Sell my Stock of sheep Except thirty My wife Choice   also the Smith tools -   also at the Death of my wife the personal property then to be sold By My Executor & Equally Divided Between My three Daughters above Named -   in Case My wife Maries the property to be likewise Sold & her to have an Equal part with one of them   in Either Case by Death or Marage I Give My Son Millo My land.

I hereby Make & ordain My Son Millo Executor to this My Last will & testament   In witness whereof I the said Aaron Hinshaw have let My hand & Seal the Day & Date above written.
