Mary Louise Henshaw, 80, passed away from this life Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004.  

Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Birchman Baptist Church, 9100 N. Normandale.  Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum.  Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Funeral Home.  

Memorials: Birchman Baptist Church Helping Hands Ministry or the Osteopathic Health Foundation Rehabilitation Center.  

Mary Louise was born June 23, 1924, in Hunt County.  She married her high school sweetheart, Clyde "Jack" Henshaw, on Oct. 4, 1941, in Lone Oak.  The couple moved to Fort Worth in 1942.  Jack, Lou and cousin Troy Hambrick established Cousin's Cleaners in 1953.  The business has been owned and operated by Lou, Jack and their son, Howie, for 51 years.  In 1995, she retired and traveled extensively with Jack, family and friends.  She also spent many days volunteering as a Texas master gardener at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and working to maintain her beautiful gardens at home.  All who passed by appreciated her magnificent gardens.  For 50 years she served faithfully as an active member, Sunday school teacher and past WMU president at Birchman Baptist Church.  She also served in her local community as president of the South Hi Mount PTA.  She was preceded in death by her mother and father, James F. and Lottie Partridge; 10 of her siblings; and a granddaughter, Natalie Diane Henshaw.  

Survivors: Husband, Clyde "Jack" Vernon Henshaw Sr. of Fort Worth; sister, Bettye Stokes and husband, John, of Austin; sons, Dr. Clyde Henshaw Jr. and Robert Howie Henshaw and wife, Melanie, of Fort Worth; daughter, Linda Tucker and husband, Jim, of Choctaw, Okla.; grandchildren, Michelle Duke and husband, Warren, of Lewisville, Eve Shields and husband, Steve, of Grapevine, B.J. Mathias and wife, Wendy, of Newberg, Ore., Max Henshaw of Fort Worth and Jeff Tucker of Oklahoma City, Okla.; great-grandchildren, Chip Duke, KayLyn Duke and Kyra Shields; and a number of nieces, nephews and many friends and extended family members.

Clyde "Jack" Henshaw, 92, passed away from this life, Tuesday, July 5, 2016.  Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Friday in Greenwood Chapel.  Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum.  Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home.  Memorials: May be made to Birchman Baptist Church Livewires.  Jack was born Dec. 1, 1923, in Lone Oak, Texas.  He married his high school sweetheart, Mary Louise.  Jack and Mary Louise moved to Fort Worth where they established and operated the family business, Cousin's Cleaners, for 51 years.  He was widely respected throughout the dry cleaning business as an outstanding professional and honored as a president of the Texas Laundry and Dry Cleaning Association.  In 1995, he retired and spent his remaining days traveling, as he was able, in his motorhome and actively sharing with all who would listen about his family and travels through the many photo albums he had put together.  All who knew Jack loved him and he often said his motto in life was to never have an enemy.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Robert and Reba; wife, Mary Louise; sons, Jacky and Howie; and granddaughter, Natalie.  Survivors: Daughter, Linda Tucker and husband, Jim, of Choctaw, Okla.; daughter-in-law, Melanie Henshaw of Fort Worth; sister-in-law, Bettye Stokes of Austin; grandchildren, Michelle Duke and husband, Warren, of Frisco; Eve Shields and husband, Steve, of Grapevine, BJ and wife, Wendy, of Houston, and Max of Fort Worth; great-grandchildren, Chip Duke, KayLyn Duke, Kyra Shields, Austyn Tucker, Lilyanah Mathias, Ethne Mathias and Westyn Mathias.
