Dr. Clyde V. Henshaw Jr. was born March 6, 1950, in Fort Worth. He entered family practice as a doctor of osteopathic medicine in 1985. He owned and operated Camp Bowie Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Henshaw.
Survivors: Daughter, Eve Shields and husband, Stephen, of Grapevine; granddaughter, Kyra Shields of Grapevine; father, Clyde Vernon Henshaw Sr. of Fort Worth; sister, Linda Kaye Tucker and husband, Jim, of Choctaw, Okla.; brother, Robert Howie Henshaw and wife, Melanie, of Fort Worth; niece, Michelle Duke and husband, Warren, of Lewisville; nephews, B.J. Mathias and wife, Wendy, of Newberg, Ore., and Max Henshaw of Fort Worth; and great-nieces and great-nephew, Chip and KayLyn Duke of Lewisville and Lilyanah Mathias of Newburg, Ore.
