LUCILLE E. HENSHAW Mrs. Lucille E. Henshaw, 78, a long time resident of the Skagit Valley died in Sedro Woolley Monday, June 8, 1998. She was born in Payette, Idaho the daughter of George N. and Nellie A. Jerome Thomas.    She moved when she was very young with her family to Mount Vernon and graduated from high school the with the class of 1937. Lucille married Boyd Jack Henshaw, May 23, 1942.    After World War II the couple settled in Seattle until 1972.    They moved to Samish Island where they resided since. Mrs. Henshaw was a very active member of an informal bridge club.    She was also a member of the Edgewater Garden Club of Samish Island. Survivors are 3 sons, Boyd Jack and Rochelle Henshaw of Witchita, Kansas, Byron T. and Chris Henshaw of Kirkland and Thomas J. and Dennice Henshaw of Kirkland; one grandson, Jonathan Henshaw of Witchita, Kansas; and one sister, Doris Connor of Mount Vernon. She was preceded in death by her parents.    Her husband preceded her on September 17, 1994. A joint memorial service for Lucille and her husband Jack will be held at the family home, 839 Wallen Road, Samish Island on Friday, June 12, 1998, 11:00 am. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 425, Mount Vernon, WA 98273.
