He declared he was born January 19 1883, and was then residing at 845 No. 4th Ave. in Phoenix, self-employed as a "rancher + cigar + pool" in Phoenix. He declared his nearest relative was Mary Doyle of the same address. He was recorded as short, stout, brown eyes, black hair.7
