Steve owes a writeup! -- Pictures by Jarda, Kendra and Steve
The requirement for this hike was to reach the intersection of Mississippi Creek Trail and Mississippi Ridge trails (via Hartman Trail). Everyone signed up to do Mississippi Creek because it looked easier. Mihail went one step further and declared he'd go to the intersection and then go cross country to an even easier route. He was successful. So were Jarda and Steve with Mississippi Creek. Everyone else bailed at the crossing point and took Mississippi Ridge, which was certainly a reasonable choice. Mississippi Creek got progressively more complicated to follow after that. But, excepting the parts where you had to climb over trees on the side of hills with a full pack, it was pretty fun.
