Write-up by Steve

Don't blame me--the Henry Coe map calls the trail "Gun Sight" even though every bone in my body wants to type Gunsight.

There were 13 people starting the hike. Kendra and Bill M did a different route to pick up geocaches. Arlene did a shorter route to avoid the out-and-back segment. Mihail decided to do a shorter route including Tie Down Peak after reaching Gun Sight. . .everyone else hit all the highlighted points. Here are the many routes taken by various people/groups.

The requirements of the hike were to take a picture at three points, particularly at the end of the newly named Gun Sight Trail. I wanted to try an off-trail route to the point, but didn't want to advertise that because it might not work. Jarda figured out such an option was a possibility. The rest of the group didn't think twice. Perfect!
