She married Derastus Lewis, Dec 20 1855, Randolph County, North Carolina.6,7  Derastus was born Oct 23 1827, North Carolina.2,3,5,8,9,10  

A marriage bond was recorded for Hannah Hinshaw & Derastus Lewis on December 19, 1855, Randolph County, North Carolina.  They were married the next day by J. White, J.P.11  

At Marlborough MM on 7-6-1856, Hannah Lewis (formerly Hinshaw) was disowned for her "marriage out of unity".1  

Derastus Lewis was bondsman for the marriage bond of Hannah's sister, Lydia.11
