John Wesley Hinshaw, 64, of Garden Grove, died Monday.    Memorial services at 11 a.m. today at Waverley Church, Santa Ana.    Arrangements by Fairhaven Mortuary and Memorial Park, Santa Ana.    Survived by his wife, Connie; daughter, Janette Elam of Thousand Oaks; sons, Jeffrey, of Garden Grove, and James, of Stanton; brothers, William and Andrew; sister, Maxine Haynes; and three grandchildren.

Constance died Aug 26 1998, Corona, Riverside County, California; buried Fairhaven Mortuary and Memorial Park, 1702 E. Fairhaven Ave., Santa Ana, Orange County, California.^a,209
