She married Elisha McMasters, about 1812.1,2,4,5  Elisha, son of Samuel McMasters & Nancy Warren, was born about 1789.2,6,7  

Note that Dinah and her brother Thomas and sister Hannah married sibblings: Elisha McMasters was the brother of Thomas' wife Mary McMasters and Hannah's husband James McMasters.2  

At Cane Creek MM on 5-2-1812, Dinah McMasters (formerly Hinshaw) was disowned for her "marriage out of unity" (and on the same date her sister Hannah was also disowned).1

Dinah and Elisha were shown in the 1850 census, Randolph County, North Carolina, as follows:11

Elisha McMasters, age 60, born in North Carolina; farmer.
Dina McMasters, age 52, born in North Carolina.
[unclear], age 18, born in North Carolina; laborer.
The 1850 census shows son Emesley McMasters living next door.12  

Elisha died Jul 2 1870, age 81 years.6  

Dinah Hinshaw died Jul 7 1870, Randolph County, North Carolina; age 79 years.4,5,6
