In 1881 Thomas and Eliza migrated to Hot Spring County, Arkansas. Traveling with them were Eliza'a parents, Jesse Donald Prince & Francis Emily Trice, her siblings, her stepsister Nancy Anderson and her husband Moses Swaim Jr., her uncle Nathan L. Prince with his wife and children, her first cousins Drewry H. Roberts and Jesse R. Roberts, and several others.13
