From the letters of Betsy Hinshaw Pippin it can be established that the above children were siblings, but their connection to Eli & Phebe as their parents is less certain. The only "source" making this connection is from the "LDS Pedigree Resource File", which shows Betsy Hinshaw Pippin was a daughter of Eli & Phebe3 (but the "LDS Pedigree Resource File" is just a collection of user submissions and therefore is far from strong evidence). There is some speculation that the above children might instead be children of Jesse Hinshaw #134.15 Note: The death certificate for John A. Hinshaw #10174 does indeed show his father was a Jesse Hinshaw/Henshaw.
