Born Aug 23 1791, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.1,2,5  

She married Edward Phillips1,3,6, Nov 1 18201,3,6 [Nov 3 18202,7], Northampton, Massachusetts1,3,6.  Edward, son of William Phillips & Miriam Mason, was born Jun 24 1782, Boston Massachusetts.7  Edward was the fifth child of Lieut. Governor Phillips of the province of Massachusetts Bay.5,7  Deacon Edward Phillips had been previously married in 1807 to Mary Salisbury, who died Apr 28 1815, and by whom he had six children.2,7

Miriam M. Phillips, born 1821; died 1824.
Edward Bromfield Phillips, born Oct 5 1821; died Jun 21 1848 (leaving $100,000 to Harvard College); unmarried.
Teresa Henshaw Phillips, born 1825; living unmarried as of 1848.

Edward died Nov 4 1826.2,7  

She then married Charles Beck.1,2  Note: Charles had been previously married to Theresa's siser Louisa who had died in 1830.1,2  

Child:

Anna Beck; married Charles F. Moring. 2

Theresa Henshaw died Oct 2 1863, Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts; age 72.4  

Teresa's death was reported in the "Cambridge Chronicle" (Cambridge, Massachusetts) on Saturday, October 10, 1863:4

In this city, 2d inst., Mrs. Teresa Henshaw, wife of Prof. Charles Beck, 72 years.
