George was a long-time Justice of the Peace in Vinita, Craig County, Oklahoma.1  He was also a plumbing contractor.1  

In addition to Vinita, Oklahoma, George reportedly also lived at times in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Waggoner, Oklahoma, and Fort Supply, Oklahoma.1  

In 1947 George was still living in Vinita, Oklahoma.12  In 1966 George was still living in Vinita, Oklahoma.1  

George Austin Hinshaw died Feb 15 1966.7  

In 1981 Gerty was still living in Vinita, Oklahoma.1  

Alice died Jun 11 1981, Vinita, Craig County, Oklahoma.7,10
