At Cherry Grove MM on 10-10-1863, Elijah was granted a certificate to Spiceland MM to marry Rebecca Albertson.⁴⁹

At Spiceland MM on 10-21-1863, Elijah produced a certificate from Cherry Grove MM, to marry.    Elijah & Rebecca Albertson (a widow) were declared at liberty to marry.⁵¹

He then married Rebecca Larrance, Oct - 1863, Henry County, Indiana.^51,140,f    (Rebecca Albertson)^47,49,191    (Rebecca Alberton)¹⁴⁴    Rebecca was the widow of William B. Albertson.⁴⁹    Rebecca had children Josiah and Sarah Albertson by her first marriage.¹⁴⁰

Rebecca Larrance, daughter of Peter Larrance & Sarah Hinshaw, was born 10-13-1826, Holly Spring MM, North Carolina.²    (10-14-1826).^a    Rebecca was Elijah's fourth cousin and the sister of his second wife Winney.

At Spiceland MM on 12-23-1863, Rebecca was granted a certificate to Cherry Grove MM.⁵¹

At Cherry Grove MM on 1-9-1864, Rebecca and minors Josiah & Sarah Albertson (children of her previous marriage) were received on a certificate from Spiceland MM.⁴⁹

At Cherry Grove MM on 8-12-1865, Rebecca was appointed an Elder.⁴⁹
