At Lost Creek MM (Tennessee), on 7-30-1825, John Hinshaw, Jr. was disowned for his marriage contrary to discipline.4

Martha Hinchall, age 59, born in [..unclear..]; cannot read or write.
Anna Hinchall, age 25, born in Tennessee; cannot read or write.
George Hinchall, age 23, born in Tennessee; farmer.
Martha Hinchall, age 17, born in Tennessee.
Sally Hinchall, age 14, born in Tennessee; attended school.
Thos Townsly, age 9, born in Tennessee.

Patsey died about 1850.  Patsey died in the 1850s.1,2

Living next door in 1870 was the family of son George;12 on the other side was the household of nephew Golden Hinshaw.13

Hinshaw, Anne, daughter, age 56, born in Tennessee; parents born in North Carolina; single; keeping house.
Living two families away in 1880 was the family of son George.14  Also living nearby in 1880 was the family of deceased daughter Martha,15 and also the family of John's deceased brother George.16
